This agreement is for the purpose of wholesale supply between Oats My Goodness (the wholesaler) and the registrant (the wholesale customer). By registering as a wholesale customer, this agreement states that the two parties above will undertake a business relationship in which the ‘wholesaler’ will supply the ‘customer’ for the purpose of retail point of sale.

Oats My Goodness has a minimum order of:
- 220g tubs – minimum order value $125.00
- 5kg tubs – minimum order value $100.00

Oats My Goodness has a minimum order of $170.00
All orders under this requirement will incur a $15.00 delivery fee.
LEAD TIME
All orders have a minimum lead time of 5 business days.
SHELF LIFE
Oats My Goodness will ensure goods received will have a shelf life no less than 20 days for 220g Overnight Oats products.
6 months for Granola products.

DELIVERIES
Oats My Goodness accepts no responsibility for stock left out of fridges once delivered. Please ensure products are kept in controlled temperatures between 1 – 5 degrees Celsius.
